About the Coalition
The Free Trade Alliance Future Global Leaders Coalition strives to promote global awareness and interaction between students while fostering global partnerships between institutions of higher learning. The Coalition is a collaborative program with institutions of higher education to provide student organizations a global alliance. Through the Coalition, student leaders will be able to exercise their leadership skills to aid the missions of each student organization, education institution and Free Trade Alliance, while formulating global initiatives for a more diverse community.

Coalition Opportunities
• Become an Informed Global Citizen – Receive monthly Alliance E-Blast Newsletters, (such as the Policy Post and Trade Matters) reporting on breaking news at the Free Trade Alliance and special reports from trade and advocacy experts.
• Cultivate Leadership – Cultivate your leadership skills by organizing initiatives, events conferences and forums. Future Global Leaders Coalitions will be officially recognized on the Free Trade Alliance website and you can submit your events to be posted on the Alliance Calendar!
• Make a Difference – Launch and participate in Advocacy Forums to support important
policies and developments for the Free Trade Alliance, which impact your future.
• Share Best Practices – Learn how other students and Coalitions have successfully
implemented different forums, initiatives and strategies through web-based Coalition
meetings each semester.
• Collaborative Action and Common Initiatives – Join the Future Global Leaders Coalition in their mission to reach out to the world to achieve common goals, foster international relations, raise awareness, educate and advocate on behalf of the Free Trade Alliance.
